Dabi works through an integrated network with an organisational structure to ensure that everyone is working towards achieving Dabi’s goal and objectives. The Dabi officials are keen to demonstrate skills and efficiency in performing their duties. Hired through a competitive and rigorous employment process, the staff are appointed on the merit of their proven talent and capability which are subsequently and regularly enhanced and sharpened through in-service training at various intervals. At present Dabi’s organisational structure is constituted of four divisions and one unit which are (1) Programme Division (2) Administration Division (3) Finance Division (4) Audit Division and (5) Project Unit.

As of 28 February 2021, Dabi management team is comprised of 287 talented and committed staff, which includes 237 regular officers, 50 project officers.
