DABI’s Target Group
The organizations target group beneficiaries are land less, assets less, unemployed, illiterate, distressed and backward people (both male/female) and also the marginal farmers who are the permanent resident of Bangladesh.
Objectives of DABI
To attain its mission and vision of DABI has the following sets of objectives:
- To create awareness and remove illiteracy by imparting functional education and human training;
- To emancipate rural disadvantaged people financially. Arrangements of training in various crafts and agro-activities through providing credit;
- To improve gender equity;
- To work against oppression and exploitation on woman through capacity building and humanitarian activities;
- To improve the health status of women;
- To utilise the unutilised local resources;
- To increase forest coverage by plantation;
- To coordinate and take part in the GOB and non-government initiatives;
- To develop human resources by skill development training
- Disaster management, relief and rehabilitation work.
Constitution of DABI
DABI have a dynamic & modern constitution, which is approved by Social Service Department of Naogaon.
Audit & Accountability
DABI is accountable to all donors, partners and beneficiaries. It exists a suitable audit cell. This cell monitors the activities of DABI properly. Besides this DABI have done audit every fiscal year by external registered audit firm.
Monitoring & Evaluation
In our organization we have separate Monitoring, Evaluation and Audit cell. This Monitoring and Evaluation cell develop different Monitoring form, which are used by Branch Manager and field worker. This Monitoring, and Evaluation tools are time to time checked by Monitoring, and Evaluation cell with a describe report to the higher authority.
